What's included in a quick task?
One design deliverable, such as a social graphic, flyer or icon, with one revision round, delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
How many revisions do I get?
One round on a quick task and two on standard. You request revisions through the studio, and they follow the same turnaround as the original request.
What if you miss the deadline?
If we deliver late, you get 20% off that request. If we're more than 24 hours late, you get a full refund and still receive the finished work.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel before a designer starts on your request, we refund you in full.
Who designs my request?
A NEKZO designer, with every piece reviewed by the studio before it reaches you. All communication runs through the studio.
What if I need something bigger?
Full identities, multi-page UX and campaign systems need a discovery call first. Start a project and we'll scope it with you.
